STORE POLICY

Payment is required at time of purchase and production will not start until your payment clears.

 

SHIPPING: 

 

All custom orders should ship within 1-3 weeks.  If you have a deadline, please email me at britt@northbounddogco.com prior to placing your order and I will try to meet it.

All of our domestic orders ship USPS first class with tracking.

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES:

 

You have 7 days from receipt of purchase to contact us at britt@northbounddogco.com if you are unsatisfied.  Custom items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.  If you have a quality or function issue with any item, please email me to discuss a replacement.  Do not sent anything back without an RA number. We do not cover the cost of return shipping nor refund original shipping costs for any return.  All returned items must be in new condition.  Items are handmade and there may be slight variations and/or imperfections.

6 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY:

 

We offer a 6 month limited warranty on our products that have become defective (from receipt date).  Items that are chewed or destroyed beyond reasonable wear will not be replaced.  Photos and/or return of the defective item will be required.

Liability: Northbound Dog Company, LLC is not to be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to; defect in material or workmanship, misuse or improper use of products, accident or death regardless of the cause, negligent or faulty design.  Any performance specifications are believed to be true, but are not verified. The consumer shall not rely on any data and performance provided by Northbound Dog Company, LLC.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine the suitability of any products, to test and verify before use.

The consumer hereby waives all liability claims against Northbound Dog Company, LLC, its employees, partners, affiliates, distributors, and retailers.
