How long does shipping take? All orders are shipping First Class or Priority USPS which typically arrive 3-5 days within the US and around 7-14 days internationally.

Can you do custom requests?  Yes!  We do offer custom orders - please email britt@northbounddogco.com to discuss your options!  All custom orders are non-refundable.

How do I know what size to order? 'How to measure' charts are available with each item for sale.  If you need help or have any questions at all, email britt@northbounddogco.com
